      When this property became the subject of litigation between the Association and Golden Eagle the Appellate Judge stated that a collaborative process was a requirement of the RSFA Protective Covenant and was vital to protecting the community character and engaging neighborhood feedback.       Nothing in Silvergate’s project even attempts to protect our community character. If a subdivision were to happen (every Board has said no, until our current Board) the parcels should be no less than 2.86 acres per single family use.
