Ranch Resident Warns of Felled Trees in Roadway

Careful driving on the RSF roads at night. My husband was coming home late last night (Jan. 24) and noticed a black truck suspiciously parked on the side of the road on El Camino Real near San Dieguito Lower Park. The truck then sped off. Right after, he realized a tree was laying across the road right where the truck had been parked. He almost hit it, and another car nearly did as well. They were able to move the tree out of the road. When we went back today, there was another tree at the same location that appeared to have been hacked at with an axe. Not sure if this was meant as a prank, but it’s extremely dangerous—especially on these dark roads at night. Please be careful. Just wanted to make neighbors aware. – yaycourtson
