Dear RSF Post readers who are Covenant Members and who have received their official ballot in the mail: Please vote YES I approve the 2019 Proposed Bylaw Amendment.
As many of you may know, the RSF Post has been extremely vocal about protecting the Ranch from high-densification projects that would negatively and irreversibly impact our community.
During a Dec. 6, 2018, RSFA Board meeting, the Directors responded to a 275-signature-strong anti-densification petition vehemently supported, publicized and circulated by the RSF Post. RSFA President Ken Markstein said the petitioners “made a strong case,” and the Board would create a new bylaw amendment where even if the Board approved a “high-density” project, it would have to be put to a Covenant-wide vote and receive the approval of at least a two-thirds majority to get the go-ahead.
This 2019 Proposed Bylaw Amendment is what we have been waiting for. Please tick the YES box to protect our beautiful Ranch.
