RSF Association board approves plan for PPP loan settlement repayment

The Rancho Santa Fe Association is looking to move forward past the PPP loan fraud uncovered last year with the board approving an allocation plan for the loan settlement repayment and addressing an expected budget shortfall for the next six months.
